Blue Collar Recruiter opportunity based in the Eastern Suburbs for six months plus.
Due to increased workload, our client is seeking the expertise of a proactive blue collar recruiter to join the team immediately.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of sites, with duties including:
- Liaising with Hiring Manager to update on workforce planning and current live hires
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using advertising, social posts, and database searching
- Prescreening
- Face to face and telephone interviewing
- Conducting compliance checks
- Liaising with the mobilisation team for onboarding
This contract will be offered for an initial six month period with a view to further extension.
