An excellent opportunity has opened to work with a well-known training organisation. This respected department is recruiting a suitably experienced Learning Designer.
Your new role
Sitting within the People and Culture branch, you will plan, design and develop a range of engaging and innovative eLearning coursed from end to end. You will coach and mentor staff within the team to maintain and develop eLearning content. Supporting the department, you will build workforce capability culture and engagement through a broad range of learning and organisational development programs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive experience within the eLearning and/or instructional design space, preferably within government. You will be organised and highly proficient in using Articulate and Moodle. A Certificate IV in Assessment and Training or other relevant qualification is essential. Experience coaching and mentoring will stand you in good stead.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a length temporary contract on a part time basis. You will work from home and be required to work in Geelong's office on an adhoc basis. You will receive a competitive hourly rate and work as part of an innovative team.
