Seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a 3‑month temporary contract, commencing immediately

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a three‑month temporary contract, commencing immediately.

This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can lead meaningful policy development that aligns to a strong Employee Value Proposition.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will partner with senior stakeholders to design and develop a suite of people-focused policies and initiatives that enhance organisational culture, employee experience, and workforce sustainability.

Projects will include:
  • Support the creation and implementation of an employee recognition policy aligned with the organisation's EVP
  • Policy Design & Development across leave entitlements, flexible work arrangements and veteran employment
  • Support workforce transition initiatives

You will be a Senior HR Business Partner or similar with strong, concise written and verbal communication skills and a comprehensive knowledge of HR policy frameworks, legislation and best practice. You will possess the ability to work autonomously through clear direction and timelines. You will pride yourself on the delivery of high quality outcomes and enjoy project-related work.

This temporary contract will be for a three-month period and will be based on site with the flexibility to work one day from home.
