As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team on a 4-month fixed-term contract based in Mentone.
The Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business to attract, engage, and recruit top talent. From end-to-end recruitment to enhancing candidate experience, your work will play a critical role in shaping our teams and supporting our continued success. This 4-month max term contract is perfect for someone looking to enhance their recruitment experience, be part of a collaborative HR team and wants to make an impact. Reporting to the Talent Acquistion Lead, your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across our corporate head office and manufacturing sites
- Lead job briefings, write compelling job ads, and ensure consistent branding across platforms
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in collaboration with hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews and provide support throughout the recruitment and selection process
- Manage all offer processes, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Provide data-driven insights through regular reporting on recruitment activity and metrics
- Work closely with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
- Manage recruitment through the ATS and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed
You’re a motivated and proactive recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re passionate about people, and it shows in your approach to talent acquisition. To be successful in this role you will showcase the following-
- Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency environments
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Dayforce, JobAdder) is a plus
- A team player attitude with the ability to adapt and hit the ground running
